Enterprising People : An Inventive thought

under normal circumstances, A person is said to be enterprising when he is willing to take creative risks.

In many scenarios it more like 'Enter' the 'Praising' people, who would praise you to the top to get their tasks done

Do it : because your heart wants you to

Its more important to have enough conviction when doing some thing. This has to come from the bottom of the heart & not do some thing as it has to be done.

When this is done from the bottom of the heart, what ever the route it takes, the reasult would be what you always wanted it to be.

This might what could be called as "Comman man's Miracles"

Shake

When Some thing is being shaken, the Person who's shaking has to realise that s/he too is a part of the Shudder.

Any great design would have been grounded to practical reality. However great the design, if the same is not practical, appealing & placed in its market place at the wrong time, it would be a failure despite the value it proposes to the prospective buyer.

Respect : the foundation for Good relationship

It is essential that we respect the other person in order to have long term good relationship.
Mutual respect forms the best & strongest foundation for any relationship.

Customer is always Right!!

This is the old school of thought. There is every possibility that the customer might not be right as he would have his personal intentions on top priority than the factual.

Such Situations demand a reprimand to the erroneous one.

I now realist that "Customer is Right, but not always"

Cycles can become better

Today morning while taking my younger Daughter's cycle, i realised that Brakes were very hard on my fingers.

If this is the case... I pondered all thro' the push/ pull cycle effect, that it would be very hard on any 4~8 year old child as it would be hard to apply these brakes.

Upon closer inspection, I found the following

1. friction free cables not used
2. return spring of higher tension
3. akward lever position which is beyond the reach of any small child to apply the brakes.

There has been enough research which has gone into all these areas... It makes me wonder why the cycle industry is yet to embrace them... Is it lack of glamour to the industry which make it that way ?

Confusion

I & a Very trusted friend were discussing a few prospective plans & that was when I expressed that the entire phase/planing hitting a road block & was bit Confused.

This Friend Suggested me that there are two things which have to happen when you get confused.

1. Confused so: do an Ebbatical to understand the confusion better
2. Confused so: It presents an opportunity to explore the unexplored.

Give Every thing can -Vs- Give what people want

A few weeks ago a Mail was hurled at me, asking me reasons for replyin to or starting only 100+ mails on www.bajajpulsar.org

understanding the spirit of the mail I got to understand "why I did not start many new threads but only replied to querries".

As I refelect on this question now, I realise that it it better to give what people want rather than what you want to give .

By giving what I want, I would be giving things which are unwanted by the take & there by wate the resource. By giving what the taker wants we would be adding meaning to what we really do.

Giving what ever you want / can is Philosphical, Whilst Giving what people want is Spiritual.
